Offense started out terrible but picked up by the second period
Fleury was shaky— he made a few good saves but he let a lot of garbage through
Billy Guerin was in attendance and when they played a short dedication to him on the screen the whole place gave him a standing ovation
Just when I was getting very irritated with Kunitz he scored and all is forgiven
I really miss Staal.
I want Army back.
Deryk Engelland’s fight with Colton Orr was amazing — the whole place erupted as he wailed on the guy. Best fight I’ve seen live.
Sometime near the middle of the third period, a guy behind me yelled through the silence, “Are you guys gonna ever WIN in this place?” It was hilarious. You had to be there.
And my streak continues of never seeing the Penguins win live.
